Lester Goh | President, SingCham Japan

Lester Goh is an entrepreneur with a background in architecture and a passion for fostering business ties between Singapore and Japan. Trained as a professional architect, Lester holds a Master of Architecture and has built a portfolio of projects across Japan and Taiwan. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Akiya2.0, a platform dedicated to revitalizing Japan's vacant homes through innovative real estate solutions. Lester is the founding president of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Japan, where he plays a key role in strengthening business connections and opportunities between the two countries. Based in Japan, he continues to champion cross-border collaborations in real estate, business, and community development.

Alicia Ang

Alicia Ang | Director, SingCham Japan

Alicia Ang is a dynamic professional with experience spanning heritage, culture, visual consultancy. After earning her degree from Peking University, Alicia spent five years in both the public and private sectors in Singapore before moving to Japan in 2019. She has since contributed to companies such as Strata and Niche Co. Ltd., and is now part of Workato, where she is helping build a rapidly growing Japan team. Beyond her professional career, Alicia is passionate about academia and student engagement. In SingCham Japan, she works closely with organizations such as the Singapore Students' Association in Japan (SSAJ) to strengthen ties between students and professionals.

Allan Teng

Allan Teng | Director, SingCham Japan

Allan Teng is an entrepreneur and business leader with a deep passion for technology, innovation, and global business. One of the first employees at Workato, a leading Enterprise Orchestration platform, he played a key role in building the company's product, strategy, and global presence. Allan then founded Workato's Asia-Pacific business, setting up its Singapore office and growing a team of over 350 professionals across the region. He is now based in Japan and divides his time between both countries. Allan enjoys exploring how technology, entrepreneurship, and local business cultures intersect.

Lim Zhicong

Lim Zhicong is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in startups and innovation. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Zhicong was the first intern at Figma, which has since become a leading design platform. He went on to co-found Cococart, an e-commerce platform, further honing his expertise in tech-driven business growth. Today, Zhicong is the Director of Information Technology at Slide&Hide Pte Ltd and oversees the company's IT operations and growth while expanding the company's footprint in Japan. Zhicong is committed to driving innovation and fostering cross-border business growth between Singapore and Japan.

Linus Lim

Linus Lim | Director, SingCham Japan

Linus Lim is the CEO and co-founder of Strata KK, a company at the forefront of pioneering web3 entertainment, working in collaboration with Japan's leading IP firms. With over a decade of experience in Tokyo, Linus has honed his expertise in art direction, UX planning, and digital strategy. He has worked with major global brands such as Apple, Nike, Coca Cola, and Red Bull in his previous careers in Amazon and Ogilvy. Fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, Linus has a deep understanding of how to leverage creative strategies to drive growth in various Asian markets. Having established his family in Japan, Linus is passionate about fostering meaningful business connections between Singapore and Japan.

Oh Xuemin

Oh Xuemin | Director, SingCham Japan

Oh Xuemin is an entrepreneur and early childhood music educator. She is the founder of Minim Music Sessions, specializing in ukulele and music sessions for children, and has worked extensively in creating educational, family-friendly events. Minim has collaborated with major brands such as Steinway & Sons Tokyo, Rising Field Karuizawa, Resol no Mori, and Cartier to design engaging programs that bridge the interests of children and their parents. Xuemin is experienced in helping brands integrate family-oriented experiences into their events, unlocking new opportunities in this Japan, which she has called home since 2010.

Nalin Advani

Nalin Advani is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, and corporate strategist with extensive leadership experience across Asia. He has held senior roles in global technology firms, leading business expansion, investment strategy, and market growth initiatives. In 2015, Nalin co-founded entomo Pte Ltd, an AI-powered people experience platform that enhances workforce engagement and performance, serving over 30 million users worldwide. He is the President of TiE Japan, supporting entrepreneurship through mentorship and investment. Nalin also serves as an adjunct professor at Shizenkan University in Japan and the National University of Singapore, where he shares his expertise in leadership and business strategy.

Raynold Sim

Raynold Sim | Director, SingCham Japan

Raynold Sim is an experienced security engineer with deep expertise in both web2 and web3 security. He has held key roles at industry leaders such as Binance and LINE, where he specialized in safeguarding large-scale digital ecosystems, He has now transited to entrepreneurship, working as a specialist consultant dealing with a diverse range of web3 projects and companies, advising on security architecture, conducting in-depth code reviews, and ensuring the resilience of decentralized systems. Raynold enjoys exploring emerging technologies and cross-border technological collaboration between Singapore and Japan.

Sarah Ho

Sarah Ho is a skilled project manager and events coordinator with a background in fashion technology. She holds a Master’s in Fashion Technology from Bunka Fashion Graduate University. Having lived and worked in Tokyo, Kyoto, New York, and Singapore, Sarah brings a global perspective to her work. Currently based in Kyoto, she thrives on designing delightful experiences through technology, blending her expertise in both project management and the creative industries. Sarah is passionate about driving growth and fostering collaborations between Japan and Singapore, using technology to enhance both user experience and business outcomes.

Tan Min Quan

Tan Minquan is a passionate chef and hospitality entrepreneur with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Having worked at prestigious establishments like a Michelin 2-star restaurant as Chef de Rang, Hyatt, and The Lo and Behold Group, Minquan honed his craft in high-end dining environments. Now Owner and Chef of Sinkies, a Singaporean restaurant in Shibuya,Tokyo, Minquan brings the vibrant flavors of Singapore to Japan, blending tradition with his unique, unorthodox approach to cuisine. Sinkies offers guests a distinctive dining experience, and Singaporeans, a taste of home in Japan.

Terrie Lloyd

Terrie Lloyd | Director, SingCham Japan

Terrie Lloyd arrived in Japan as a young man and in the 40 years since has established 20 companies in the IT, media and HR sectors. He is CEO of four companies in Singapore and Japan, including Japan Travel KK, a comprehensive media and consulting business. He is also Managing director for Toursoft Pte Ltd, a Tourism Tech and AI company based in Singapore. Terrie has deep knowledge of Japanese customs and culture, and believes strongly in nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs in Japan, Singapore and Asia.
